I search the forum, but I could not find anything like this :(

I'm helping a buddy setup Ticketsmith under Plesk. Everything is done except for the email interface. The last step is to create an email alias that pipes the mail into the Ticketsmith perl program.

I'm 99% sure that Plesk is setup to use qmail. I know how to do this with regular .qmail files, but I can't figure out how to do it under Plesk. It seems like this can not be done via the Plesk control panel, so how would one do it by hand?
