Does anyone know what time domains that are due to be deleted drop at?

When I say it has been deleted you can tell by the follwing 2 lines in thw whois record:

Domain not found locally, but Registry points back to local DB.
Local whois DB must be out of date.

I know it use to be with in 15 minutes each way of 6.30am New york time 6 days after the last update of the record. I think though since some mad rushes at that time for the 3 letter dot com domain and so on the time was changed when they are all released.

Does anyone know what the current time is that they are released?

I could be wrong, but I don't think it works like that anymore.
There was a statement a while back along the lines of them not releasing domains until further notice.

It's not really much of a Gold Rush anymore, i'd say more Fool's Gold than anything else.

They are dropping them now. They were stopped for a while earlier this year but I have seen domains drop over the last month.
