We are soon to release our reseller hosting plan and I want to ensure it's as attractive as possible to all you resellers.

We will be offering NT hosting using WebHostingController (though we have designed a much more attractive interface) and we'd like to know from you all but especially from any UK resellers, what kind of features you would want from us in order to use us over the zillions of other companies out there.

At the moment we sell hosting directly but feel that building relationships with resellers would be a very postive move for us. Obviously there would be a control panel feature and secure online ordering but what space and bandwidth package would you expect in order to place trust in a 'reseller newbie'. I think our 7 day a week telephone and email service is a definite bonus but I'd welcome your thoughts and comments.

"Participants may not solicit the membership for feedback or suggestions on their product or services." Don't break your arm there patting yourself on the back. Everybody has "7 day a week email service" unless they can't keep their servers running.
