I just received email that my server is ready to use, when i login to whm, there's only 1 ip assigned ...

I tried to enable the quota through initial quota setup in whm, i got this error message : quotacheck: Can't find filesystem to check or filesystem not mounted with quota option.

Tried to create a new account, got
this error : Missing NS Config Line in /etc/wwwacct.conf.

tried to restart apache : this error /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd: lynx: command not found ,

tried to restart bind error again: stdin: is not a tty /usr/sbin/rndc: error while loading shared libraries: libcrypto.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I thought i mis configure something in the whm setup so i emailed them, one of the tech said "In the server set up the only thing you really need to change/edit is the email address and ICQ number if you have one."

Tried that same thing. Tried to login their support board , can't connect to their board. Emailed them again , no reply for 7 hours .. still waiting ....

I am desperate, been browsing this forum and searching for answer but none found. Any help would be great.

I would contact their support department since the box doesn't seem to be working.

Their emails seem to be having some problems since i opened a trouble ticked, dont got any responce in my email so logged into the trouble ticked system and they sent me a responce to the email there that never got to my inbox

really odd.

geez what happen to interserver.net, they support gone bad to worst. Still no reply yet!
