I'm trying to create a user with permissions to connect from another ip - not the localhost.

Cpanel has the ability to add another host, but NOT actually the ability to then USE that alternate host to grant permissions on the database.

Is this a bug or something?

Cpanel version: 9.2.0-CURRENT 26
