i have shared hosting, and a reseller account - no access to ROOT

I'm looking for webmail program to make my client access POP3mail which is created on CPanel Or since im using catch-all email address like some program
hivemail.com
socketmail.com
can you help me for this issue?

Maybe take a look at openwebmail; very easy to install and configure.

I knew openwebmail but I found that must be install on the main root that mean I can't use it on reseller hosting

In that case I don't think there is a webmail script that you can use on a shared server without having root access.
Maybe ask you isp if they can install it for you?

If I want to ask my ISP to install it to me, in that case it will be able to all client In that server and that mean the all files will be on the main root, in that case I can't make any change to any file like skine
