What's funny is deleted domains was down this morning and having a heck of time to get it to load. Then it started working then WHT went down and up and down. Maybe iNet issue?

More likely a network/server issue IMO, the site is failing to load all the time and its struggling for speed. Rackspace have proabably stuck them on a 5Mbps line because they use so much bandwidth :D
