I am trying to finish up all the policies for my company. We have been in business for 6 months but had to change everything since we started to go though a rough time because we were charging a little too little for hosting. Now we are finishing a new site and have new plans available but I am still trying to fix our TOS etc. One of the things that I am stuck on is the money back guarantee. We have always offered a 14 days money back but are going to change to 30 days. Now my question is... When a person cancel before the 30 days do you give them all their money back including setup fees or do you just give them the monthly fee and keep the setup fee?
