i can't push www.phpwebhosting.com enough. they've had trouble in the past, and you'll read plenty about that, however, we used them for the last 5 months, and they were wonderful.

$10 a month all of what you need + more. we had a high bandwidth site with them, and they worked with us monthly on ways for keeping the site up and running and fast. in the 5 months we were with them, we used around 150gb of bandwidth. then i decided to go dedicated, but am keeping another one of my domains with phpweb.

Although there're many complaints from some unhappy customers in this forums, I'm a big fan of HostRocket (http://www.hostrocket.com) because I have my site hosted by them for nearly a year now and never had any problem with them. I even host several sites using my shared 100mb account.
