I had a client who ordered a webhosting services 3 months ago. through revecom payment system. Now he is trying to order another package. However for some odd reason, revecom keeps rejecting his CC. I mean there was no problem with monthly recurring charges. How come the new order simply wont go through. My client has also checked his bank account balance, he still got plenty of credit left.
Anyone ever experiencing the same problem?
The other thing, I heard from someone saying if the person fill out a form with his credit card details with a signature and fax it back to revecom. They would authorize the transaction?? Anyone done that before??
