Can any one reccomend a good support ticketing system for either windows or unix/linux. Most of what I have seen has been very un-professional. Thanks for your help.

The one we use some say their support sucks but we have never had to use so can't say about that. But we are happy with what it does. It isn't free you do have to pay for it so not sure if it is what you are looking for.
