Is there a way to just restore apache? Is the package availible via cobalt's website?

You will need to search for the rpm file on the colbalt web site it self. What is actaully wrong with apache? This could change the answer. If you install the new rpm you will need to restore the database etc.

Well if you havn't recompiled Apache or anything I guess all you need is copying all .master files /etc/httpd/conf to .conf

I think they are called .master something - those are the files that came with the machine
