i think they dont work on weekends, my server just crashed; I called them but there's no one to pickup the phone and restart it. I guess i will have to wait till monday. I thought they say 24/7 server monitoring ? hmm ...

Have you all hooked up with Mike to get his cell phone number? I saw in a post where he offered it up for dedicated server emergency support. If you have not already I would take him up on the offer :)

well mike emailed me that they are fixing it, but it has been 15 hours and its still down. hmm ...
