I am looking for a good FAQ system, similar to what is included in the Kayako faq. ()example (http://support.ecphosting.net/?_a=knowledgebase)
Does anyone know where I can find one? Specific features must include:
1) The same kind of look and feel and layout as the example above. Side by side category with the top 2 or three most popular faqs for each category followed by a "more" link. Layout should be clean and simple - like the example faq above by Kayako.
2) Ability for users to add comments to each faq. (Admin should receive an email, and must first approve the comment.)
3) A good "related topics" ability.
4) Ability to print the currently displayed faq.
5) Faq text must allow html, and it would be great if there was a wysiwyg editor built-in. (Like free HTMLarea or something simple.)
6) I prefer php, but perl is also acceptable.
7) Excellent searching ability.
Please don't post unless the software includes the VAST MAJORITY of the features I specified above. I'm not simply looking for a list of faq programs (I know about hotscripts.com)... what I am looking for is to know if there is a faq system WITH all (or most) of the features I need specified above.
Thanks!
