Hi,

I saw vbulletin at the bottom, but I didn't see "jelsoft" mentioned.

Is it OK to just keep vbulletin? Or have wht paid to get rid of part of the "jelsoft"?

Just curious.

You have to pay $$$ to remove it... the price isn't definite.. I think it goes by a case by case type of price - some will pay more than others, etc.

You'll have to email sales@vbulletin and ask them about it.

Interesting question. Whilst waiting for an e-mail reply from Jelsoft I've updated the footer so the VBulletin line is the same as SitePointForums. I couldn't get into the license page since it produces an error so best wait for the e-mail. I've noticed quite a few sites showing only Powered By, including WebHostDir forums, so who knows, anyways its updated for now. :)

As I remember, you can remove the version number, and rearrange how it looks, but the rest of the information must remain intact unless you buy a special license....

Hey Matt, just an idea, but why not make the links to vbulletin.com go through the commission junction affiliate program? I mean if people go through here and then buy it you mind as well get some $$$ for it right?
