Once constant theme I see here is problems with crappy support. So if you/we collectively were to setup a good and responsive Support system, what would you want.

As I see it the minimums are:

For Webhosting:
Good and accurate FAQ
Ticketing System that is trackable (ticket #'s assigned, etc.)
Toll-free support
24-hour support or responsive on-call support?


For Dedicated/Colo Servers
Same as above?
NetBotz?
Ability to monitor environment and other statistics realtime?

I know as a hosting provider and soon to be colo provider, I would appreciate the feedback, as would every other provider would also.

Staff that actually understand that the people that have trouble accessing their site are humans; with feelings. :rolleyes:
Quite often "Crappy support" is support personell treating clients . . . . Crappy :eek:
