I just accidentally formatted my iPod.

I planned on formatting my harddrive and backing my files up on my iPod, as I was reinstalling Windows.

In the installation process though, I found that Windows started to format the iPod as well as my harddrive! As soon as I realised it was happening I pulled it out - and now it's corrupted.

Is there any way I can get my files back, I don't think it got very far. There were some pretty vital files on there.
