I was wondering if anyone knew what the service was called that UPS provides where you can get shipping information from them online (This would have to be automated where I coudl write a script that would pick up the values).
Thanks!

Thank you for the information. I think my post was a little misleading though. (I see that from reading it over now).
I'm looking for shipment rates for a shopping cart I'm doing.

I think you want the tools available at http://www.ec.ups.com/ - these allow you to integrate UPS shipping with your cart. It's basically a web service type of integration. You pass them shipping information and they do the calculation. They also have address verification services.

The Shipping rate is Based on the order total value?
For US and Canada, UPS also has rate charts that can be downloaded here: http://www.ups.com/content/us/en/shipping/cost/zones/daily.html
Using the zone charts and the weight, and various surcharges (residential, fuel) you can calculate the cost yourself locally -- speeds things up and there's no need to rely on UPS's servers...
