Hi there,

I pinged godaddy, 000domains and joker.com and of course I got different results.

Does the results affect the connection to my domain?
Let's say, ping to godaddy is 100ms
ping to joker is 50ms.

will I get a slower connection to the dns settings, then my actual website with godaddy than with joker?

Thanks.

You regsitrar only adds information the whois database, your provider dns is the important one.

As William said: the speed of a registrar is in no way related to the performance of your web site.

I am a die-hard joker.com fan, just thought I'd shout out. Sometimes their new User Interface is weird (mostly cause I was used to their old one) but you get used to it. Comes to be about $10.71 USD/domain I think. *shrug* I've had good service with them, that's the main thing with domain registrars.
