One of my customer want to secure his site pictures.
I disable right mouse but many person copy images through Save as option or use web copeir softwares.
So is any one tell me how I secure pictures. Even if any one try to print it, it not print pictures print some thing else.
I think both thing possible in java but how i don't know.

To secure pictures he should do the following:
1. Burn pictures on CDs
2. Put those CDs somewhere safe like hide it in basement
3. Do not put those pictures on web.
On a serious note: there is nothing you can do to prevent images from being stolen.

I not remember I see a website where i see some fashion jakets and i try to download it but unable even i save as that page all words come but not picture and when i try to print it print words not pictures. So i print screen it and cutt off in photoshop.
I not remember the site. But it happen with me.
I dicuss this to my net friend he say may be they use java applet for this.
I think this is possible in applet.

You can disable right click all you like, but as soon as someone presses 'Print Screen', that's the end of that.
There is NO WAY to protect images. Use watermarks and make them small. That's the only way to cut down on theft.

Watermark the images, other than that you can try the services from Digimarc.

you can even disable print screen, but there are still ways to get the pictures. CD in the basement would be the best pick.
seriously, what I would do is I would mark all the images with my website's name and let everybody interested download the pics and use them as they like as long as the URL stays there. Nothing can hurt a website less than some extra publicity...

Yeah, you can't stop the taking of pictures on the net. When you see a picture on your browser it is already in your computer (in cache). If the person does not want them shared he should not have them on the web.
