Nowbody answers support tickets...
Need new HD on our server because no space avaiable...
Our clients cant recive e-mails or pubblic by FTP for more that 1 week now.
Lats week they promise to install new HD on server so we can move accounts.
Saturday i saw this new HD on server (but nowbody from support tell me they are on server.. ok no problem ) so i format these HD and begin to transfer account over.
But it seems there are still problems becasue all moved accounts cannot recive e-mails.
All tickets about this problem has been ignored...

I just moved to burst.net because of interserver support ...
i think they are good ppl .. but sold so much servers and now they cant hold support for it

You just came to the board, posts not one, but three messages at different thread about inteserver's support ... I am not sure what bad support experience do you have with them ... Instead of just saying "bad support, blah... blah ..." why don't you tell us your bad experience and if possible tell us your domain that is being hosted on the dedicated server you have with interserver?

If you are going to complaint bad support about a host, it is better that you state some facts here or experiences with your host.

Think about this... if a competitor (another host) just post/reply similar post like yours... it would hurt the host.

You need to backup what you have said and we know how frustrated about bad support experiences but again... please backup on what you have said ;)

I assume your
main partition is full

/ 100% full
/home
/usr
/var

stop apache
and remove the tmp files
or you can move them to the /home partition

the main problem that i cant leave them .. i cant say examples for my problems not to get "worth" support.

yes i'm afraid ... because some kind they consider me an enemy not a customer ..

i'm now afraid even to ask help

i'm already moved to another provider but my 2 servers there are very hard to move ....

this is not to put down interserver.
We never had problems befor with them.
But since 10 days there is no support around....

Yes dektong we never wrote on this board befor. But this are facts. Just look around on this board to see that also other peaple have same problems.

I am very impressed with how people could have misuderstand whom I was talking too. I was clearly reffering to qqq who complaints about interserver without giving any reason why. I even begin my post by calling his name, qqq. What is so confusing about this obvious matter? Again, I was not talking about you, or anybody else, but to qqq in particular!

Dektong, I don't know what your problem is! I don't even have a server with Interserver, why are you telling me to post my experience?

just want to update you guys. there is support at interserver. i made request around 24 hours ago and it was completed. my request was to allot more ip addresses on my server.

i guess people posting here about interserver have there own issues with them. and there is nothing like interserver is out of businesss or what ..

i guess mike should post here and update this thread with some facts.

interserver good for me. :)
