I think it is not a good idea to give out CC's holder name nor the address since he/she is not the person who commits this fraud. Instead you should ban IP & e-mail and domain name.

The address is NOT of CC holder -- it was given by the fraud person "Susan Coyle" who placed the order. The CC holder address has not been disclosed here.

Is that mean Paysystems has failed in their order security check ?

btw, thanks alot for letting us know.

Regards,

p.s: IP range block (203.162.*.*) should block all order from that country.

Yes -- and I have noticed that Paysystems doesn't check duplicate orders either -- customers sometimes will double click or repeat payment if they can't figure out the process -- and Paysystems will go ahead and bill Customer's CC multiple times. We have had CC's being billed as much as 4 times and we have to refund duplicate ones.

And Yes - Paysystems charges the normal Auth and transaction on these duplicate orders as well. Well, at least someone is making a lot of money -- the merchant.

$1 PLUS Transaction rate that can vary from 4.5% to 8%. Chargeback fee is $25 - even if its a case of obvious CC fraud.

I have a similar case with paysystems! I ahve serious problem with them! They are charge a chargebaxk fee of $25 in obvious fraud issues! I had many orders with stallen credit cards that pass the check from paysystems and then naturally they asked for chargeback.. Obviously Paysystems is earning from this a lot!
Is that legal?

Also i have to add that they have a very bad help desk. When i am asking what happend with the chargeback issues they respond (after a long time) that the chargeback issues takes long time to resolve. But they are charging my account even when a case is not closed!
