We are looking for someone to be our server admin and/or tech support person.

We want a server admin that we can depend on and also people to answer the FEW tickets per day. Also, someone to be on live chat would be wonderful. We would also like someone to be able to answer our toll-free phone number when it rings (about twice per week).

We have six servers, but we really only have questions on usually 1 server or two max. We have cPanel systems with RedHat.

We need someone that can reply to the tickets in a timely manner. That means usually within minutes to an hour. Even if you don't know the answer, you would still be able to reply and let them know you are working on it.

You need to know how to use the English language very well and also be very courteous and polite.

We are looking to fill a daytime position and a nighttime position (CST).
