My server went down last night, the backup disk failed!!!

Its at NAC at with pwebtech. How long should I expect to wait for a replacement drive?

I only just finished transffering my clients over and now this!! Already about 9 hours of downtime.

This is really a question tha tonly they can answer. Even if they had a drive for another customer, different situation, this might not apply to you, and I'll ask that you email them directly.
