Could someone check on this domain. I've done dig and nslookup and does not see anything wrong with this domain www.wvepostcards.com
The client keep saying that the dns record is incorrect but we don't have nameserver record for this one. Our nameserver is ns1.dependablewebhost.com The domain itself is set to ns1.wva-usa.com and ns2.wve-usa.com
Can anyone shed some light on this.......??

Right now dig reports:

And they do not have any zone records for that domain. Whois reports
ns1.wva-usa.com 65.194.193.237
ns2.wva-usa.com 65.194.193.238
so maybe things have not updated yet.

Are these info updated automatically from the registrars?

Welp, I'm the client -- the domain's owner, and I sure can't shed any light on it, but can say it is (finally) working now...
But, it's taken _5_ days (rather than the typical 72 hours), but the domain name is just finally beginning to resolve to the correct Name Servers.
Why this one domain had the problem, I dunno...
My name servers have been setup with the correct info for day, but... the queries weren't getting directed to them...
I do know that for the last few days... The root servers, e.g., a.root-servers.net et al, have been pointing to A.GTLD-SERVERS.NET et al, which in turn has been answering with:
Query about wvepostcards.com for record types ANY
Trying wvepostcards.com ...
Query done, 2 answers, status: no error
The following answer is not authoritative:
wvepostcards.com 172800 IN NS NS1.DEPENDABLEWEBHOST.com
wvepostcards.com 172800 IN NS NS2.DEPENDABLEWEBHOST.com
Authority information:
wvepostcards.com 172800 IN NS NS1.DEPENDABLEWEBHOST.com
wvepostcards.com 172800 IN NS NS2.DEPENDABLEWEBHOST.com
Additional information:
NS1.DEPENDABLEWEBHOST.com 172800 IN A 216.12.209.33
NS2.DEPENDABLEWEBHOST.com 172800 IN A 216.12.209.183
Welp... this NS info wasn't "correct", as the master Domain record lists ns1.wva-usa.com and ns2.wva-usa.com as the Name Servers for the domain.
So, when NS1.DEPENDABLEWEBHOST.com and NS2.DEPENDABLEWEBHOST.com were querried they wouldn't (couldn't) reply with a zone transfer info (since they really weren't the authoritive Name Servers for the domain), which is why the digs couldn't turn up zone info...
Meanwhile, NS1.DEPENDABLEWEBHOST.com and NS2 were answering:

I dunno where your name servers were getting the "Name Server=NS1.DEPENDABLEWEBHOST.com"!!!!!!
Meanwhile, the other domain I registered at the exact same time has been resolving for several days now. I have several other domains that have been using my dns servers for months, without a problem. But I'm rather certain the problem wasn't *here*.

I think that this strange problem had something to do with the addition of the new .biz tld. The same day that this domain was registered. The chages to the nameserver was updated but was not updated at the root server until the 11th I think.
Mystery.
