I am wondering whether my experience with Vibus is the exception or whether others have had problems getting any kind of support from them.
I have logged a support query with them over 8 days ago and repeated it again 6 days ago, and have not had any reply. I also called and talked to someone 4 days ago who said they would pass on my message asking for a response, and that someone would call me back. Nobody has.
It is very frustrating, especially that my query concerns difficulties with receiving emails via their servers. I understand that solving a problem may take time, but they have not even acknowledged my request for support.
