I'm looking for the software that would read the directory with mp3 files and save all files in different bitrate.


Does anyone know anygood program?

I think winamp is good for this, or am I mixing something up? (yes I know its a player, its also a burner... and I think it can do this as well)

Winamp is not free for ripping feature.

I don't need to rip cd. I have mp3 files already, they have 128 Kbps bitrate. I need to make them all 24 Kbps.
