JBIZ718 11-12-2001, 03:29 PM There are a ton of other solid datacenters that you left out Affordable colo, Equinix, Switch and Data, Datacolo There are tons more, personally the only one off that list I would even consider using would be Verio, the others well no comment.. Unless those are the ones you want, you can find better deals else where Joe Arcangelo 11-12-2001, 05:22 PM The best is VDI JBIZ718 11-12-2001, 05:48 PM Not to noc vdi but if there the best, why do they have downtime Joe Walter 11-12-2001, 05:51 PM Because every noc has downtime? We co-locate in 2 US data-centers. and Telehouse , UK ( london docklands ) Our network is down because our servers are still being tested ... before install them into our Cages. dektong 11-26-2001, 01:37 PM I think I have 100% uptime with VDI on October, and about 99.3%of uptime for November. Most of this downtime occured during the first week of November. [BTW, I did try to page VDI for server reboot at 2am and 5am in the morning ... got my server rebooted within 15-20 minutes :D] I hope VDI will keep getting better .... cheers, C-F-2500 11-26-2001, 01:41 PM Sorry double posted and can't delete this post  C-F-2500 11-26-2001, 01:42 PM Oh .. thats nice ... Well VDI isn't good in my opinion .... out of all the NOCs listed ... VERIO is the best .. because of there amazing network ... we have 622 Mbit of shared bandwidth to VERIO in the UK .. and same in the usa i believe. However we are connected to LinX and we are located in Telehouse , docklands. :D Our US network is not online ... because we are looking into moving out there ... cos we are currently based in the UK atm. and have a Cage in Telehouse. wmac 11-27-2001, 03:30 PM I am sorry to ask this but you mean nac.com by nac? That is our current data-center ... we have no "reserved company name" as we are still trying settup our company as LTD. More info to come .. we are in the early stages of construction ( company wise ) .. and latter ( cp wise ) Our US data-centers is un-branded but based in San Antionio and Chicago and Wasington DC. We have un-filled Racks only ( at the moment ). The only reason we'll be using the 3 usa data-centers above ... is for nameserver use. should our network fail.
