We dont offer Cpanel as of yet, We are trying to work on a deal but at the prices of these servers I'm not sure we will be able to do it. They come with RedHat 7.3 & Ensim.

We can add an 80 gig for $75.00 one time fee.

In the TOS when i go to order a package says that any IRC is strictly prohibited ?

I know what it say's but we caN MAKE EXCEPTIONS as long as you done abuse it or go over the amout of bandwidth you buy

I have use ensim before and it looks like seetuping backup to second HD is quiet trying. will you basically help on this?

We dont offer backup service on dirtcheap due to the very low prices.

Yes it comes with root access, 3ip's, we can handle dns for you if you like.

Barcode, you can use bind it comes with the system if you like, but it is up to you to set it up the way you need it as we dont manage these servers, you can get ip's @5-$10.00 month

i know we can use bind for dns.
but there are companys that say we can make dns forwards as we like , but for reverse dns you have to email us and we will do it for you.

do i really need to post your last email send to us calling us cheap and other things , just because we moved to another provider ?
its a dedicated server and i didnt like it , i payed for it and i have
100% the right to like or dislike it even if its the best server in the world.

and for the asking for a refund part, well you could have said we dont offer refunds and drop the subject ,and after insisting to know the reasons why we are leaving you.
you sent an email which i dont really want to post here , expressing your warm feelings toward us.

now we have shutdown the server and are waiting for the billing cycle to finish.

the issue here robb is that you dont know how to handle a customer.

now we say goodbye for the mistake of getting a server from you.

Barcode if we have customer thats unhappy we what to know why.. Good customer service... Barcode we offer our older machines @ such low prices there are some thing we just cant do. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
