I am looking to hire a web designer. I am willing to pay via Paypal. I need someone that's experienced in HTML, PHP, and Flash.

I only need the web designer to create a professional "frontpage" of a website....that's all. Just the frontpage....no other pages. You can use any website design such as Dreamweaver, Frontpage, etc.

These sites will be mainly for nonprofits so I need someone that can create professional sites at low prices. I will ONLY need the frontpage done and that's it.

If anyone is interested please email me a portfolio and prices you would charge to do a professional "frontpage" website. I doubt that I will need PHP, PERL or any of that fancy stuff. Just a professional website with a logo.
