To use microsoft publisher to publish, does the site have to have Frontpage extension enable?

No Publisher does not use front page extensions, its a typical html program with a built in FTP.

You can also export the files, and upload them yourself as well

I do not run RAQs, but win200, however am reading this forum to learn more about raqs.

In our experence, publisher sites can use forms that get mailed somewhere.

These forms use the frontpage extensions. FTP will not work for sites like these. The forms will not work.

That is the way it is on our win servers.. I would imagine the same applies for raq.

I am not sure what other publisher functionality depends on FP extensions.
