Hi

Is there any way I can have a program running on my linux box to create and keep track of support tickets ? or are there any services out there that offer this feature ? (just tired of keeping track of e-mails)

I am looking for one too, seems wonderdesk is quite a highly recommended one, but the price ....

Pangolin HelpDesk http://www.pango.co.uk/webhdsql.html (Perl/MySQL)

Wonderdesk seems indeed the way to go, any peple here using it ? give us a review ... and Kunal .. when will be able to see that program :)

Hostingmatters.com is using wonderdesk. And seems to be really happy with it. :)

I use simple support from solutionscripts.com and would highly recommend it to anyone.

yes, I would like to see categories for the tickets (billing, tech, etc) .. I don't know if wonderdesk has it or not, but I would love that feature

Yes, the wonderdesk (http://www.wonderdesk.com) does support categories. They can be defined in the control panel. (http://admin:admin@www.webwonderland.com/cgi-bin/w3/secure/controlpanel.cgi?tech_setup)
