In a little bit of a pickle but probably not as bad as I had originally though. Maybe someone here can help clarify for a me little... Here's the deal:

I had bought "xxxxx-xxxxx.com" because what I wanted originally "xxxx***********" had been taken and was being sold for $888.00. No biggie there.... Now, I just ran across a website called "Thexxx***********" . Both mine and theirs are similar in concept only. Is this a potential problem? I am about to submit mine for copyright.

If anyone has any experience they can share it would be a great help as I am totally new to all of this and want to do things right the first time.

it really depend on "xxxxxxxxx"

and domains doesn't have copyright it has something called trademark which can be registered.

although i'm not a lawyer can't comment more :)
