i'm extremely green when it comes to this, so, please bear with me.
is it possible to put /var/log/kernel into the syslog config file to rotate with cron.daily with backups?
my kernel log is almost 2mb, and, i *think* that's where ipchains logs to, so i wanted to try and have those mailed to me with logcheck nightly. i just don't want to get 2mb logcheck emails with months and months worth of instances. you know?
thanks for your help and advice in advance.
