I need oppions from you guys on good hosts.. I want one that can offer good support... Ive experinced support problems with previous hosts..so thats why im asking for good support first.. next I need the following..

Around 200-300 Mb of Space...
Around 500 MB Traffic
MySQL Databases
POP3 E-Mail Accounts
Basically Everything..

For that price range you could probably try my old host http://www.amhosting.com

I've never had problems with them, it's just that they don't allow adult content and my site was over the bandwidth limit of their packages. Support is good, will always get back to you within 24 hours.
