shanje.com offers 100mb and "unlimited domains" etc. on virtual servers for $25/mo. As many domains as you can cram into 100mb.
They offer NT servers only.

Doing a quick WHOIS/reverse DNS lookup, it seems they run NT servers off dedicated lines from Corecomm (http://internet.core.com). They were registered in late November last year.
However, you're right, there don't seem to be any comments at all about them. Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance.

Its not "too good to be true" since there is a 100meg cap. The also probably charge a once time setup for each new domain. That is how xo.com formaly concentric, formaly 9netave works. Voice.net also works like that. So It is not a scam. Unless the company is a scam.
