I have a RAQ4 and when I try to login to the CP as one of my users, I cannot login and it gives an auth failed page. I can, however, login under my administrator credentials..any ideas to whats wrong?

Did you happen to enable wildcards?

I am not sure..don't think so. I tried it on only one site (out of about 10), but it was months ago, and all of a sudden within the past few weeks it hasnt worked.

We're assuming that the user you are attempting to log in with is a siteadmin, eh? Just ruling out the obvious...

they are trying to login to their site via www.domain.com/admin

try domain.com/siteadmin

/admin is for the admin only not for your users.
