Hi guys,

Here is the problem in which some of you guys hopefully have encountered with your Raq4s. If you guys can help me or even give me exact advice on where to investigate, I would sincerely appreciate it.

We have had problems with 2 raq4 server eversince Tuesday. On virtual sites that use formail.pl or formail.cgi or even a version of PHPmail. When someone fills the forms and presses submit, either it timeouts after a while or takes forever to process.

The process time could go up to 1 minute, before we even get the thank you the form has been sent confirmation.

We have tried renaming the formmail .pl extension to cgi but that didnt help either and this is happening to ll the virtual sites using this.

We conducted tests throughout a timeframe of 48 hours and tried the forms during the daytime, nighttime and still the same poor results.

What could be the problem?

Sendmail?

Processing CGI?

Server being spammed?

If someone has actually exoerienced this problem and found and answer, please help me out.
