alright i already know a bit about merchant accounts and how they work, even checked out onlineorders.net and now I have a problem:

someone I know is developing an automation script for our servers and it can store credit card info on a secure area for me or someone else to proccess by hand(this is ok for now)

now I have no idea what all I need for just that...

To proccess an order... thats it... no automation or anything... just something to enter in the customers info and cc# and hopefully a bit of security(fraud wise)..

I was hoping to use revecom.com but since this would mean total control of the credit card number I cant.

I'd need something like authorize.net(do i still need a merchant account)?

also at good rates, i dont have that much money to dish out for this right now
