I initiated a transfer of a domain into Stargate on 3 Nov.

It is showing up in all Whois searches with Stargate as the registrar but they haven't sent me a confirmatory e-mail, I can't access through the logon screen and have not had a response to a requested posted in their support system over 12 hours ago.

Previous registrations and transfers to them have been much quicker.

Are they having problems at the moment?

I attempted a transfer a few days/weeks ago. It seemed to go through okay, but after hearing nothing and seeing no change, I gave up and transferred to GoDaddy instead.

My experience of getting one of my domain transferred to stargateinc.com... about a week to complete the transfer I think as I can't really recall.

Their email notification seems a little bit misleading though :(

Whatever it is... transfer is successful :D
