When you advertise, you need to relate your hosting features with the proper channel or content or site. What platform of hosting are you offering?

If you offering ASP or ASP.net hosting, then aspin.com would be a good choice.

If you are offering Linux based platform, then sites like phpbuilder.com or phpindex are worth your advertising cost.

If you are looking to target web customers on the general, try webmaster sites with at least of 50,000 unique visitors per month.
