Hi,
Just reported a post today and found out that WHT's Report Post system is now using Kayako eSupport Helpdesk. (Even received an email for Ticket Submitted)
Good job to whoever came up with the idea, I think this will work a lot better + faster and easier for the Mods :)
[Did "The ProHacker" do this?]

Yes Prohacker setup the helpdesk for the mods.

It's been in the works/discussion for nearly a year now. Thanks to iNet and Pro Hacker - we've got it working pretty well so far. We just started using it a few days ago, so it'll take some learning and getting used to.
taht's very cool, they should disable html email though.

Seems like the helpdesk will also be used for License Verifications :)

The help desk will be used for all communication. We still need to update some links around here. But, it seems like it is going to help keep things organized. :)
If you email moderators@ you get an auto-responder on how to use the help desk.

Will you give free Owned licenses? :D

Whoa, I like the fact that there are things being done to make modding a bit easier.
It used to be tough getting hundred reports per day in my @webhosting.com mod address. Did you guys implement a proper warning system yet? It used to take me full 2 minutes per violation to look up previous warnings and email the users.
Good job.

About all we have left to do to the warning system is talk it into actually unbanning members when points expire. :( And then have it so members can actually see their point total in they user control panel; instead of having to rely on keeping the email that gives that to them.
