I use Imail 5. I create mail person@domain.com. When I send mail from this address, I want to send copy everytime to boss@domain.com. Can I do it? (without write from CC or BCC area)

I think this is not possible. We use IMail v7 in our backup site, this is where we email our customers in the event our network goes down and I took a quick look and couldn't find what you need.

You can do a short cut to bcc by going to >compose>select from drop down list>clk. add to bcc.
Or look under processing rules, maybe you can find something in there.

I don't think you can do it w/ IMail 5. I do know that with our mail software (Merak Mail) you can copy incoming/outgoing emails to a folder.

I'm not sure about v5 of Imail, but in the later versions there is a checkbox that will allow you to copy ALL mail to a mail box. Or, I think you can do it by using alaises with multiple recepiants.

I would recommend you go to:

and join the Imail list, there are a lot of really great people who know a lot about Imail in the list. I would suggest you very carefully remember your password and the email account you sign up under, it's a real pain to get off the list if you forget those.
