Hello Everyone.

I am currently working on a support ticket system and would appreciate
any input you might have on features you think would be beneficial.

User end completed features include:

- Create user account
- Check to make sure users email does not already exsist
- Check to make sure username does not already exsist
- Create new support ticket
- Add to open ticket
- View FAQ
- View Completed Tickets
- View new tickets and progress
- Update user profile (change password and personal info)
- Email sent with new ticket information
- New ticket error checking (make sure required fields are filled in)
- Template based header and footer files

Tech end completed features include:

- Responde to ticket
- Update tech info
- Close ticket
- Reopen ticket
- Change ticket level
- Add addtional response
- View only tickets in your level
- Only 1 tech can view ticket at a time (keeps from 2 techs or more responding)
- View online faq

And any other options I may seem to fit in after I have had some suggestions.

Also if you have any suggestions on the admin portion of the program.
I have not finished the initial admin portion yet but would love to hear some suggestions.

Once I have finished the user, tech and admin portions I will be looking
for 4 or 5 beta testers. If you are interested please email me at:
ray@cwd-solutions.com or PM me.
