Hello,

I am trying to install ticketsmith on my raq4i.

The web part works fine!

I am having problems recieving support emails that get translated to tickets. Has anyone installed ticket smith on the raq? And have any pointers.

I have done the basics:
added the entry
ticket: "|/etc/smrsh/gateway.pl"
in the /etc/mail/aliases file

I put the gateway.pl in the
/etc/smrsh directory

I ran the command
newaliases after I made the changes to the alias file

When I send a message to ticket@mydomain.com
it bounces back

questions
1. do I have to create a ticket user on the system?
2. does procmail come with the raq if so is there somewhere I can use that?
