According to your professional experience, how to determine is the template good or not?

Like fast loading speed, eye-catching, colourful or well organised?

The color on the plans kinda made me stare at it. The darkest area went white fast, grade it out alittle more. Might want to use a not so white white. Put it on one page. Have to scroll just a little to see the bottom. You can make fun of me soon. And slam me when you can. Nice fast load time. Good Luck

It's hard to say, it really depends on what type of site the template will be used for.

I think Its worth not more then 45$.
