I tried to contact you via your php live support... but nobody answered (even tho it showed as having 1 operator online). I tried both Sales and Support and got no response.

Your prices (and the pings to that ip you give) look very attractive, but I have several questions.

1) Are there normally support staff available? It's a little disconcerting having nobody there.. not even a support tech.

2) What datacenter are your servers at?

3) Are there any rules regarding gameservers or VoIP setups? ...or is the bandwidth the only limitation?

4) Are any additional discounts available? (e.g. pay 2 months get free setup ;))
