Finally my hosting reseller site is operational and I have started selling.

Now my main problem is marketting. I am planning to reach $500/month profit in 10 months (I need this amount to be able to continue).

I have operated more than 15 web sites but I have little experience with hosting marketting.

1- Could people here count some steps that I need to reach some customers for startup?

2- How much can I expect after first 3 months (Average)?

I will really appereciate any comments.

Not sure about your main market, but here are some common advices:
- submit to search engines/directories
- pay for search engines/directories ad words (google.com, goto.com)
- hosting directories
- local newspaper
- forums like webhostingtalk.com, siteownerforums.com, sitepointforums.com (but carefully read the rules)
