I can't get any reply lately from support@imagelinkusa.net. I've been hosting with them for about 6 months. When they did respond a month or so ago, they had no idea how to fix my problems. I can't get their web statistics to work. I also can not get the mailing list to work well. They both used to work well, however now they are very sporadic (without me changing anything since they worked fine). The bandwidth usage is being reported wrong (in their favor) and I don't have full access to all storage space on my server. The only thing they are good and consistant at is billing me!

Sounds like its time to search for a new host!
Too many good reliable companies are available...no need to have to tolerate one that provides no service!!

My subdomain, reply, and space issues have all been miraculously resolved by their tech support as of now!

I hope they can resolve my mailing list and web stats issue now!

If they are using webalizer, there is a bug that causes it to stop working on Oct 5th. (happened at my host) If this is the case direct them to www.mrunix.net/webalizer for a patch to fix it.

I just went and looked at their site and they advertise that they use webalizer, so hopefully that was the problem and they can get it fixed quickly.
