Have you ever had a client register a block of 32 IPs instead of 2 for his nameservers?

you mean , he registered 32 (/27) dns servers ? :D

we assign our customers using the cidr block in /27, /25,/24, /etc...

You mean they bought 27 extra IPs off you, and went and registered 32 nameservers instead of just 2 ?!?!

We have a hard time just trying to show some of our users how to at least make 2 name servers.. LOL Much less 32.

He could be planning to have a very popular site, if you use lots of IP’s you can trick search engines to get a higher ranking etc, not sure how but I know its can be done.
That or he don’t know what they do :)
